At Aura Time, we care about your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share it for the Aura Time mobile application and related services ("Service"). By using the Service, you agree with Aura Time's collection, use, and sharing of your personal information in accordance with this policy.

Information We Collect

Aura Time is built with a minimalist, privacy-first architecture. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personally identifiable information (PII).

Anonymous Identifiers & Data

• Device Identifier: To synchronize your logs securely and provide premium features across your devices, we generate a unique, anonymous identifier on your first launch. This identifier is tied to your device and is not linked to your personal identity.
• Activity Logging Data: We collect the activity logs, task names, and time entries you explicitly create within the app. This data is stored securely and is used solely to provide the core functionality of the Service.

Activity Data & Analytics

We use third-party analytics tools (such as Google Analytics or Firebase) to understand how users engage with Aura Time and to improve the experience. These tools generate anonymized log data and device information (e.g., OS version, device model). We do not sell or share any of this data for advertising purposes.

How We Process Your Information

Aura Time processes your information to:

• Providing and improving the Service: Synchronizing your logs across sessions, detecting/fixing bugs, and personalizing the experience.
• Customer Support: Assisting with technical issues or inquiries you may have.

Your Data Subject Rights

You have the right to access, export, or delete your data at any time. Since we do not collect emails or require registration, you can manage your data directly via the Settings menu within the Aura Time application. Choosing "Delete All Data" will permanently remove your activity logs and unlink your anonymous identifier from our systems.

Child Users

Aura Time is designed to be safe for users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of digital consent. If we discover that we have unknowingly collected such info, we will take steps to delete it immediately.
