General

By accessing or using Aura Time ("App") and related services (together the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Aura Time is operated by the Aura Suite team. Access and use of the Service is subject to these terms, which may be updated from time to time. If you do not agree to abide by these Terms, you are not authorized to use or access the Service.

Description of Service

Aura Time provides users with minimalist activity logging and time tracking tools designed for focus and productivity. We reserve the right to update, change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, temporarily or permanently.

Registration & Use

Aura Time is designed to work without traditional account registration. Your data is indexed via an anonymous device identifier. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and for all activities that occur within the App on your device. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Service.

License to Use

Subject to these Terms, Aura Time grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to download, install, and use the App on your personal mobile device for personal, non-commercial use only.

In-App Purchases

Aura Time may offer premium features via In-App Purchases (e.g., a one-time lifetime purchase).

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Management: Purchases are managed via your Apple ID settings. One-time purchases do not expire.

Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable unless required by law. Please note that if you made purchases through the Apple App Store, payments and refunds are handled directly by Apple. Aura Time does not have the ability to issue refunds for App Store transactions.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Aura Time and its team from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL AURA TIME BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the Netherlands. All judicial proceedings relating to these Terms shall be brought in the competent courts of the Netherlands.
