Kiezze
General
By accessing or using Kiezze ("App") and related services (together the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Kiezze is operated by the Aura Suite team. Access and use of the Service is subject to these terms, which may be updated from time to time. If you do not agree to abide by these Terms, you are not authorized to use or access the Service.
Description of Service
Kiezze provides users with a product scanning utility to help discover healthier and more economical alternatives in the market. We reserve the right to update, change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, temporarily or permanently.
Registration & Use
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and for all activities that occur within the App on your device. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Service.
License to Use
Subject to these Terms, Kiezze grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to download, install, and use the App on your personal mobile device for personal, non-commercial use only.
App Data & Recommendations
Product alternatives and insights rely on cross-referenced public databases (such as Open Food Facts). We do not guarantee the completeness or absolute accuracy of any nutritional, allergen, or pricing data surfaced within the application. Always verify critical health claims on the physical packaging.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Kiezze and its team from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms or related API data inaccuracies.
Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL KIEZZE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the Netherlands. All judicial proceedings relating to these Terms shall be brought in the competent courts of the Netherlands.
